Kearney • Boyle & Associates
is a full service legal staffing firm. We specialize in Career and
Contract positions for attorneys, with an emphasis in the
Intellectual Property field.

Tara
Uziel,
Esq. - Manager of Attorney Recruitment
An
ambitious, positive, and energetic force, Tara
collectively brings over eight years of sales and legal experience to
her
position as Manager of Attorney Recruitment at Kearney Boyle and
Associates,
Inc. Tara received her Bachelor of Arts degree from
University of
California Santa Barbara in Law and Society. She then received
her Juris
Doctorate Degree from Golden Gate University Law School in San
Francisco
and graduated in the Law School’s Honors Lawyering Program.
During law
school, Tara externed with the presiding judge of the State Bar
Court of
California, Judge Ronald Stovitz. Through this externship, Tara
developed keen
skills as a writer and an appreciation of the role of ethics in legal
practice. After completing law school, Tara worked for
two
years as a civil litigation attorney at Sheppard-Rosen Law Firm, LLP, a
reputable Real Estate and Business law firm in downtown San Francisco.
There,
she handled cases covering a broad range of legal areas and issues
including Real Estate Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Family Law, Business
Entity
Law, and Construction Law. Prior to attending law school, Tara
worked at
Nordstrom where she learned the nuances of customer service and
developed
strong sales skills and relationships with dozens of “repeat”
customers. Tara brings an
intuitive understanding of ethics, sales, and the law to satisfy
the needs
and goals of her clients, as well as a strong comprehension of law firm
culture, the demands of attorneys, and her clients’ expectations.
